Authentication is intended to verify who you are and where you live. Verification is required for all online financial transactions. If your account is locked, it's because we had trouble automatically verifying you. Even though you answered your verification questions, we still weren't able to validate your identity.

To approve your account manually you will need to send us a statement to verify your address. Below is a list of valid statements with your address.

You will need to send us:

  • Recent credit card statement
  • Electricity bill
  • Telephone bill
  • Gas bill

If you send in a credit card statement, please black out your credit card number.
Once you have one of each these documents you can either:

  • Scan or take a picture of the documents and email them to
  • Start a support conversation while you're logged in, and add the documents.
  • Or fax them to 612.424.8465 and include your email in the fax.
