If you are having any issues connecting to your bank, you will need to contact them directly. There is likely a security setting with your online account that is preventing you from connecting.

We recommend using a personal checking account or a business checking account that has your name on it. Unless they allow you to draft checks off the account, you cannot use a savings account or an investment account to send payments through RentTrack. (This may be why you cannot connect an account.)
