• Find the payment you are trying to refund this can be done by searching resident name, property, or even dollar amount.
  • Once you find the payment you want to refund, RentTrack is going to let you know if the payment can or can’t be refunded. A  payment may not be able to be refunded if there hasn’t been enough processing time for the payment to clear the payee’s bank. 
  • The example payment below cannot be refunded until the given date
  • The example below shows a payment can be refunded 
  • Click the Refund button
  • RentTrack is going to double check to make sure you want to refund the payment.
  • Once that is completed you and the resident will receive an email that the refund is processing.
