RentTrack is phasing out the check mailing program in mid March. The last checks we are mailing out from RentTrack will be for your March rent payment. In mid March, we will close your RentTrack account in good standing at the credit bureaus. This means that all of the rent payments we've already reported will stay on your credit report for 10 years.

Moving forward starting in April, you will need to pay your rent directly to your landlord.

If you would like to continue to have your rent reported, you may sign up for our sister company, LevelCredit. Below is the information:

You will need to start paying your landlord directly. This could include writing your own personal check, direct deposit, Venmo, PayPal, landlord payment portal, etc. You will need to connect to your bank account that the funds for your rent are being withdrawn from. The system will automatically search for that payment every month using advanced matching technology and report your on-time payments to the credit bureaus the next day after it has been verified. If you have any questions please reach out using the chat feature on the LevelCredit website. They are an online customer service department. You can also email them at ask@levelcredit.com.
