When you receive the Item Rejected Due Duplicate Scan email, you can find the exact duplicate following these steps

  1. Sign into the Scanning Interface and click on Reports
  2. In the list of reports, under Standard Reports, click on ‘Show Items Detected as Duplicate Transactions’
  3. Choose the property from the dropdown ,the date
  4. This report will show the duplicate item, as well as to the far right, the original Reference Number for the item in question
  5. Clicking on the Reference Number to the far right shows the original transaction details.
