When you receive the Item Rejected Due Duplicate Scan email, you can find the exact duplicate following these steps
- Sign into the Scanning Interface and click on Reports
- In the list of reports, under Standard Reports, click on ‘Show Items Detected as Duplicate Transactions’
- Choose the property from the dropdown ,the date
- This report will show the duplicate item, as well as to the far right, the original Reference Number for the item in question
- Clicking on the Reference Number to the far right shows the original transaction details.
