All fees (late, pet, etc.) and rent deposits can be paid using the 'Additional Amount' field. You can pay these on the same day as your rent or at any other time, but these amounts should be entered in 'Additional Amount' and not in 'Rent'. Be sure to delete the rent amount that auto-fills in the 'Rent' box.

Please note that if you have a recurring payment scheduled, you can't make a one time payment. If you want to add a monthly fee to your recurring rent payment make sure you enter the fee under 'Additional Amount' when setting up your recurring payment.
