Integrated Clients have the option to display Fixed Recurring Charges instead of the lease rent amount.
When this option is enabled, the resident will see this information in the following suggested Rent field:
- We suggest a monthly amount of "Rent" to the resident - this will be the sum of all Fixed Recurring Charges for the resident. This is helpful if the resident wants to pay before the 1st and charges have not posted yet to their ledger.
- We show a current "Balance" to the resident - this will be the sum of all Open Posted Charges on the resident's ledger. Some accounting packages provide RentTrack with a pre-calculated balance, and some provide all open charges that we then sum.
To enable the display of Fixed Recurring Charges instead of the lease rent amount, please contact your account manager. You also have the option to only include certain charge codes when summing up recurring charges.
