When you select the e-Check option (bank account) as your payment source, you will be asked to connect directly to your bank account. You will see one of the following screens:
If you are in the sign-up process, you will see the below screen:
If you have already created an account, and are scheduling a payment from your dashboard, you will see the following:
Select your institution from the list, or search for it by name. If you can't find your bank, you will have to pay with a credit card:
You will then be asked to log in to your online bank account, and provide your credentials.
Your bank account will then be connected to your RentTrack account if the right credentials are provided!
