NOTE: The answer in this article only applies to you if your landlord or property manager collects rent online through RentTrack. If you signed up for RentTrack without your landlord and pay by a check that is sent via mail, please see this section in our help center.

Your property manager may have a link on their website to make an application fee or other move in payment, check there first. If your property manager does not have a link, you can go to the following website: https://my.renttrack.com/user/new

Enter your address into the search box to find your property:


If there are UNITS for the address, you can select a UNIT # or select "UNASSIGNED", then click "This is My Rental".

For a SINGLE FAMILY HOME just click on "This is My Rental".

Fill out this information, accept the Terms of Service, and click continue:


You will receive an email to confirm your email:


Click Login. You can then login with the email and password you created.


You will be brought to your dashboard. Click on "Pay Something Else":


This box will pop up. Chose what you are paying for (App Fees, Security Deposit, Administrative Fees, Owner Payment, etc) from the drop down. Enter in the amount you would like to pay and the date you would like to pay. "Click Next"


Enter in your payment source and click "Next".


On Review & Pay, just click "Make Payment".

Once that is done your payment has been submitted!
