Our system only allows you to make one payment per day from your dashboard. We have this setting in place so tenants do not accidentally double pay. However, there are multiple ways you can split your rent payment:

  1. You can set up different payments on two different days (e.g. pay today with one account, pay tomorrow with another).
  2. If you have a roommate, spouse, etc who also use RentTrack they can setup a payment using a different method.
  3. You can call customer support at 866-841-9090 and we can submit a second payment for you. Customer support phone hours are 8:00am-6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.

NOTE: You cannot make two payments if your property manager requires you to pay the full balance each month.
