Usually the key and balance team will correct when a scanned amount does not equal the amount on a check. But in some cases you may want to adjust the amount.

  1. Close the batch the incorrect amount is on.
  2. From the Home page Transaction Summary click on the “Approved” section.

  1. Once the items move to the Approved section (usually just a few minutes) find the Transaction Detail and click the  "View"
  1. Next to "Sale" click the blue pencil to change the amount if needed.

Change the amount and click the green checkmark.

  1. Note: The editing can only be done the same day that it gets in approved. You can not Edit it once it processes that evening.
