Prerequisite: Before you will have access to the RentTrack Rent roll export. Log in to the MyMRI portal, navigate to the MAX, search for RentTrack, and you will find the report.
Create a support case to request having the RentTrack report applied to your database.
Step 1) Navigate to your Property Manager > Reports menu.
Step 2) Search for report by typing in ‘renttrack’
Step 3) Export the report by clicking the "EXPORT" button
Step 4) Choose Separated Values (CSV) and ‘OK’
Step 5) All of the csv settings default except for the check box labeled “Isolate Report/Page sections”. You must check this box to get the correct formatting.
Step 6) Login to RentTrack and go to Accounting -> Import -> Choose File and click "Run":
You'll receive an email when the import is complete, as well as a summary of records that were updated or erred. To see the errors, "Review" the import by clicking on the blue eye icon next to the import on that page, and filter by error status:
Note: You choose to print for one community or all communities when you run the report.
