We will charge you 8 business days before you want your check to arrive. This gives us enough time to process your payment, create your check, and send the check via USPS first class. Mail delivery times vary, so we make sure the post office has enough time to get your rent check to your landlord on-time.

When you sign-up we will show you the exact date that you will be charged. You will always be notified via email before we charge your account, so you can make sure you have the funds in place before your rent payment is withdrawn.  

You can also edit your delivery date, and payment method, after you're all signed up from your account dashboard.
