Authentication is intended to verify who you are and where you live. Verification is required for all online financial transactions. To approve your account manually you will need to send us a valid photo ID and a statement to verify your address. Below is a list of valid IDs with a photo, and a list of valid statements with your address.

Once you have one of each these documents you can either:

  • Scan or take a picture of the documents and email them to help@renttrack.com
  • Or fax them to 612.424.8465 and include your email in the fax.
