I failed online authentication or my exam could not be generated, what should I do?

Authentication is intended to verify who you are and where you live. Verification is required to provide Credit Insights, Credit Protection, and ID Theft Insurance. To approve your account manually you will need to send us a valid photo ID and a statement to verify your address.

Below is a list of valid IDs with a photo and a list of valid statements showing your address you can send:

Valid ID with Photo (choose one):

  1. Driver's License

  2. Passport

  3. Government-Issued ID Card

Valid Statement with Address (choose one):

  2. Telephone Bill

  3. Recent Credit Card Statement (black out your credit card number)

If you send in a credit card statement, please black out your credit card number.
Once you have one of each of these documents scan or take a picture of the documents and email them to help@renttrack.com.
