You and your spouse (or roommate) can both build credit as long as you each enroll in your own RentTrack subscription under your own email (emails can not be shared across accounts). Credit reporting is based on your birth date and social security number, so you each have to have your own subscription. Your management must also have your spouse (or roommate) listed on the lease in order for them to have an account in RentTrack.
