Your property management company does need to be partnered with or powered by RentTrack in order to receive the benefits of back-reporting previous rental payments.  

Any payments you make directly to your landlord will be automatically pulled into our database directly from your landlord's accounting system. We can report any payments dating back to the start date of your lease at your current property address with your current rental company. We are unable to report rental payments from previous residences. We can report up to 24 months of history for a one-time fee of $50 in which you can opt into by clicking on the "Report past payments" button on your dashboard.
