RentTrack can report payments dating back to the start of your lease at your current property address with your current rental company. You must first have an active subscription. We can report up to 24 months of history for a one-time fee of $50. You can start back reporting by clicking on the "Report past payments" button on your dashboard.
If we have not yet reported a rental payment for you and you purchase LookBack, we will notify the bureaus on the 15th of the month. If we have reported a rental payment for you already, we will send this update to the bureaus the day after your purchase. Please allow TransUnion and Equifax two weeks to update your credit report and Experian 30-45 days.
