How do I update my card for my subscription?

If you're still using the same card but it has an updated expiration date please follow the steps below:  

  1. You will first need to cancel your subscription under "Subscriptions."  Screen Shot 2021-05-05 at 8.11.55 AM-1

  2. After you have canceled your subscription please go to "payment accounts" in order to remove the old card on file.

  3. Reactivate your subscription again from your main dashboard and enter your new card information.

If you're looking to use a completely different card please follow the steps below from your main dashboard:

  1. Click on the blue link that says "Change" at the bottom of your dashboard under your card ending xxxx1111.

  2. Click on "Add new payment source" to add a new card.
