Your property management company has partnered with RentTrack to offer rent reporting to their residents. You will continue to pay your rent the same way you have with your property management company. Once you have an active subscription, your property management company will provide us the rental payment details. We will report the payments to the bureaus on the 15th of every month.
We can also report up to 24 months of previous payments for a one-time fee of $50 for the current address. You will first need an active monthly subscription in order to be offered the option to purchase LookBack.
