I failed online authentication or my exam could not be generated, what should I do?

Authentication is intended to verify who you are and where you live. Verification is required to provide Credit Insights, Credit Protection, and ID Theft Insurance. To approve your account manually you will need to send us a valid photo ID and a statement to verify your address. Below is a list of valid IDs with a photo, and a list of valid statements with your address.
