What if it says I already have an account?

If you're seeing an error message that says you already have an account, you'll need to log in using the email address along with the password you initially created.

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it at https://my.renttrack.com/resetting

If you don't remember or have never created an account before and this is your first time creating an account on RentTrack but you still get this error message, please check your emails as your landlord should have sent you an invite email to get started. It's possible the link could have also been sent to your junk or spam folders.

You will need to go through this email invite link in order to properly set up your account. If you need us to send you a "reminder invite email" you can either chat with our team or email us at help@renttrack.com to request a reminder invite link.
