There are several reasons your Credit Insights may not be visible. Some of these include no recent credit activity, symbols or invalid characters entered in any of the fields, a restriction on your credit report (i.e. a freeze on your credit) or a temporary issue connecting to our system.
If you are seeing error code 6005, we won’t have Credit Insights until you have a credit profile at TransUnion. One month after your rent is reported to the bureaus, you should see details under Credit Insights.
If you are seeing error codes 6001, 6002, 6003, or 6004 there may have been an issue when entering your personal information. Please email help@renttrack.com and the team can assist you.
